4 CAMP The sculpture is curved in a stick, found last year, when together with my son and youth delegation, we were going to Treblinka. The signs after sawing resembled the raiway, I saw in Treblinka, so I decided to commemorate 4 biggest Nazi Death Camps in Poland: 1) Aushvitz - Oświęcim. 2) Birkenau - Brzezinka. 3) Majdanek. 4) Treblinka, in which, according to all the data I have, all my father's family was exterminated The thing that joins all the camps is David's Star, symbol of Jewish Nation. The footing of the sculpture is a stone from Zloty Stok, which in its shape resembles the monument in Treblinka, made by a polish sculptor. The pipe joining the sculpture with the footing is in the shape of smoke, which was flying from the camp chimneys and crematories. |
